How do I book a party?
Booking your party is a breeze! Simply visit our website and complete the party inquiry form. Once we confirm your date is available, you’ll secure your event with a $250 non-refundable retainer. This ensures your special date is locked in and ready for an unforgettable experience.
When do we party?
Hours: Pop-up shop hours vary.Â
Private spa party: Friday -Sunday 10 am-6 pm
 You may also make a request for a party on any other days (Monday-Thursday)Â
Do you accept walk-ins?
We accept walk-ins upon availability for pop-up shop events only.Â
How far in advance do you need to book a party?
We request a minimum of 30 days, however, if we are available we are happy to accommodate.
What kind of payments do you accept?
For a chic checkout, we welcome all major credit cards with a secure chip. No swipes here—just insert your card for a seamless transaction. Get ready to embark on a stylish journey with our salon-on-wheels!
What is your cancellation policy for private parties?
What would I need to do if I need to do to reschedule my appointment for a pop up shop?
For pop up shops you will need to log in to our portal and reschedule. Any appointments rescheduled for less than 24 hours deposit will be forfeited.
Is there a minimum number of persons required for a party?
Yes, we require a minimum of eight adults or ten children to book a party. If your group has fewer guests, you’re welcome to still hold your event, but please note that you will be charged for the minimum required number.
Are kids allowed on the bus?
We love little visitors! However, to keep our mobile salon serene and safe, kids can hop on board only if they’re getting a service.
How many people can you accommodate in the party?
We can service up to 5 people on the truck at a time but more can be accommodated on a rotating schedule. Max is 12 people for a private party
What happens if the bus has mechanical issues on the day of the event?
We take great pride in maintaining our truck to the highest standards and fully intend for your event to proceed smoothly. However, unforeseen mechanical issues can arise that are beyond our control. Should this occur, we will notify the host immediately. You will then have the option to receive a full refund or reschedule your event at your convenience. We just want to keep you informed, although we have no intention of such issues happening.

Clean & Disinfect: We meticulously clean and disinfect all surfaces and tools after each appointment.
Sterilized Equipment: Our equipment is sterilized to adhere to the highest industry standards.
Single-Use Items: To reduce the risk of cross-contamination, we opt for single-use items wherever possible. Rest assured, your health and safety are at the forefront of your nail care experience with us.
What are your COVID-19 safety measures?
Cleanliness and safety are paramount in our mobile salon. We maintain strict cleaning procedures and enhanced sanitization, and we prefer contactless payments for added safety.
What happens if guests arrive late or the party starts late?
Can I bring food and alcohol to my spa party?
Yes, food and drinks are allowed However space is limited. Please inquire for more guidelines during your booking consultation. Catering and other party services are available upon request.Â
Is there a bathroom?
Unfortunately there is no restroom on bus. Please note that it’s the host responsibility to provide restroom facilities for guest and staff.
How quickly do you respond to inquiries?
Faster than a quick-dry top coat! We’ll get back to you within 24 to 48 hours.Â
Are You Handicap Accessible?
Currently, we’re not equipped with handicap accessibility features. We’re always looking for ways to improve and hope to offer more accessible options in the future. Your understanding and support mean the world to us!
How far will you travel?
Yes, we’re on the move for you! Strokes Mobile Nail Studio travels up to 15 miles from our base at no extra cost. For journeys beyond this, a little extra is added for distance. Please reach out to us for pricing details – we’re here to make your nail dreams come true, wherever you are!
What happens if it rains the day of my event?
Rain or shine the party doesn’t stop, All services take place on the truck.

What Should I Do to Prepare for My Party?
Here are a few essential steps to ensure your appointment with Strokes Mobile Nail Studio is smooth and enjoyable:
Parking Prep: Please make sure there’s a flat, accessible space for our truck, requiring about 40 feet in length. A flat surface with no hills is required for safe parking and setup. A little space goes a long way in making sure we can set up seamlessly for your party.
Nail Prep: Ideally, arrive with bare nails. Having gel removal done prior to your appointment allows us to spend more time beautifying your nails.
Guest List: Have a confirmed guest list headcount ready. Knowing the number of guests in advance helps us plan to provide everyone with an unforgettable experience.
